Palash Villa's tale is like a storybook coming to life. The very ground we stand on was once a barren forest patch for more than 2 decades. Just a few weeks into the work, we had hundreds of lost Palash saplings magically sprouting as if they were just waiting to see the light. And it only made sense to name their home and our new home Palash Villa. Crafting this homestay has been a complete labour of love, demanding patience and dedication. It took us a while and a lot of hands to create this space to start evolving as we had dreamed and created the best forest experience. Grateful that we stayed true to our vision, Palash Villa is now a home away from home. Our love for wildlife is in our veins, and this homestay is our way of sharing that passion with you. Welcome to our story, where every tree and every moment has a tale to tell.

Rushant Dhanwatay
Our host Rushant Dhanwatay is a third-generation wildlife enthusiast. His love for the forests goes back to when he was a child. The Homestay is his medium for wildlife conservation. He believes in giving his guests an unforgettable experience which will convert an average tourist into a traveler, who is not only fascinated by the forest but also wants to help conserve it. Rushant's ultimate goal is to make Palash Villa a zero carbon footprint & sustainable Homestay.
Deepak Dhanwatay
The man behind Palash Villa undertook the challenge of building his secluded oasis in an uninhabited area. A graduate of Sir JJ School of Art, his vision and creative force led him to craft Palash Villa, seamlessly blending modern aesthetics with nature. His commitment to sustainability is evident in every detail, transforming the once-barren landscape into a serene haven. Palash Villa stands as a testament to his determination to create a unique and harmonious space a perfect getaway for you.

Bull, a serendipitous addition to our lives during lockdown, quickly became the heart of our home. His affectionate nature shines through as he nudges you with his nose, seeking constant pets. Bull is a connoisseur of naps and petting sessions, finding bliss in the company of people around the clock.
