We offer a homely, carefully curated menu to make your stay special. If you have any specific snacks or special meal requests, please inform us in advance. This gives our team time to prepare with care, ensuring top-quality service. Kindly note that special requests may be subject to additional charges.
 

Our Kitchen closes at 10 PM. We kindly request you to plan your meal needs ahead of time for late evenings, so we can make necessary arrangements and ensure a delightful dining experience.

To preserve the tranquillity of Palash Villa and respect the surrounding nature. We request that music, speakers and disruptive noises (shouting, slamming doors, etc.) be avoided outdoors. This ensures a peaceful atmosphere where the natural sounds of the forest can be fully appreciated.

Quiet Hours 10 PM onwards, we kindly ask guests to minimize noise to ensure a restful night for everyone. This quiet period aligns with our commitment to maintaining the serene environment of the homestay and respecting the natural rhythms of the surrounding wildlife.

Events, parties, decorations, and any form of commercial photography or videography are not permitted on the property. If you’re planning a pre-wedding shoot or similar activity, we kindly request that you seek prior approval from the management before booking. Filming or photography intended for commercial use is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from the host.

Our pool is open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM. These timings are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests while allowing our team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

For your safety:

• Please avoid running or engaging in rough play around the pool area.

• Children must always be supervised by an adult while swimming.

• Kindly shower before entering the pool to maintain hygiene.

• Diving is not permitted.

Our library and games collection is a personal treasure from your host, lovingly curated to add joy to your stay. We are delighted to share it with you and kindly request you to please:

• Handle books and games gently (avoid bending pages, writing, or causing damage) to preserve them for everyone.

• Return items to their places after use to keep everything organized.

• Inform a staff member if you borrow anything.

• Use games responsibly and store them back properly.

• Ensure children play safely and with age-appropriate items under supervision.

As a homestay rooted in sustainability, we aim to conserve energy and minimize our ecological footprint. We kindly request your help in maintaining these principles during your stay:

• Turn off all lights, fans, air conditioners, and electrical devices when not in use or leaving the room.

• Please refrain from eating in the rooms, food be enjoyed in the designated dining areas.

• Be mindful of water usage—shorter showers and turning off taps when not in use help conserve this vital resource.

• Avoid bringing single-use plastics; we encourage reusable alternatives to reduce waste.

• Towels and linens are replaced only on request to minimize the water and energy required for frequent laundering.
